Check with owner at Ballochbeatties before camping.
NX425 906......Tunskeen Bothy........Plenty of areas near the bothy that
can be used. Remember do not camp close to the bothy
NX467 775......White Laggan...........This bothy is used by the fishermen
at Loch Dee, keep well away from the bothy.
Near Black Laggan is an alternative.
NX415 822......Culsharg................Derelect house. Limited camping area
NX401 790......Caldons..................Camp site.
NX376 777.......High Dalane
NX480 843......Backhill of Bush........Bothy, camp in the clearing around
the bothy.
NX393 879......Crossburn.......Site of an old bothy. Small camping area.
NX482 925......Loch Doon................South side of the loch,
can be busy during the summer.
NX591 878......Polmaddie
NX495 722......Black Loch................West end of the loch.
NX491 725......Nr. Murray’s monument...Small grass area
north of the monument.
